About Our Practice

We advise developers on the creation of condominiums and cooperatives. We draft contracts and other constituent documents, as well as interpreting covenants. We represent cooperative boards in enforcement actions.
Bankruptcy: We help people file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy protection.
